All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternative hotels or

? Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of AUD $450 per person is required
to confirm the booking. Full payment of the remaining balance must be received
no later than 45 days prior to departure.
? Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees apply as follows:
i. At any time after booking: the AUD $450 per person deposit is
non-refundable
ii. 90 days or more before departure: loss of deposit only
iii. 89 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost

iv. 59 to 45 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
v. Less than 45 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost
